Returns
You have 5 working days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
It must be in its original packaging, unopened and sealed.
You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
Items that have been opened or used.
Personalized or custom items.
Products bought during sales or promotional offers (unless damaged or defective).
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment. Please allow a few days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
